With very little time to watch t.v. and very little these days that seems alluring, there is something to be said about catty reality t.v. Guilty pleasure? I suppose. But, it's not really that guilty as these truly are the times we live in weather we like it or not. (I can just see my best friend Trisha shaking her head as I write this) Good, bad and yes (much like Stephanies botoxed face) ugly, The Hills and The City I simply cannot resist.

Reminder

This pic reminded me of a saying I've always relied heavily upon. If you can make your hair look great, and your face look fresh, the clothes only accent the canvas. Don't get me wrong, I'm the first to want lovely things (any many of them) but I reall y think there is something to be said for putting effort into those two key things. I mean, you're never going to "grow" out of your face right! lol. Kinda reminds me of my friend Jenny Dames. She always has GREAT clothes, but whats better is her hair and makeup.

For evening, clutch is all you need. Money, cellphone, lip gloss, id (because yes, we still get mistaken for the under 19 crowd) This season I feel like the clothes themselves are fairly basic. It's all in the details that make the garments fresh and ready for fall. I love love love the McQueen biker glove attached to the front of this clutch. The Prada from a couple season ago that you could slip your hand through (SATC movie) started this trend.

The rocker rings that you can slip your fingers into (that might also be good in case of a fight. Not that lady's fight hahaha) But regardless. The rings add that perfect-for-the-season touch.

And lastly, the hard shell, wooden Stella. It's so unusual and fabulous. It's such a conversation piece. This season it's not so much about what you wear, it seems to be in how you accessorise. Love Love Love!

I am so beyond excited for fall, i have already come up with a bazillion outfits for when that first leave drops and the evenings dip in temperature. Leather, black, animal print, vintage..
