[The Grey Area]

It's only ever looking back that you get a clear view of yourself and past situations. I watched that new Amy Adams movie about Ireland, and although I found it cute but a waste of time, she did say something that struck a chord in me that I didn't think could be verbalized. When taking a look at her life, her character said " I had everything I had ever wanted, or thought I wanted, however nothing I really needed". Looking back is a funny thing. The lessons you learn that come from places you never thought even existed. I believe there is a time and a place for looking back. But now,here, today is a time to appreciate the now and be thankful for the tomorrow you haven't seen the beauty of yet.
